陸上部に所属する主人公の山田は、いつも部活後は完全燃焼の電池切れで部室で寝てしまう。
今日もいつも通りに部室で寝ていると、同じ陸上部である幼馴染みの「橘あやの」が男子部に借りていたハードルを
返しにやって来た。
旧知の仲だからと失礼なあやのに対して、山田は「お仕置き」することにする。
それは、子供の頃に一緒にやられていたように…あやののお尻を「パンパン」すること…!!
山田が思い付きでやった「お仕置き」をきっかけに、2人の関係は思わぬ方向に…?

「貴方は、スポーツ少女のプリップリのお尻を、色々な意味で思いっきり「パンパン!」してみたくなった事はありませんか…?」
