物語の中で、五人の女の子たちがお腹を壊してたり壊したりします。そこで、あなたはゲーム内で出る『連打しろ!』という命令の後、画面のどこでもいいのでとにかくクリックして女の子のお腹にダメージを与えてください。一定数連打すると画面に『連打成功!!!』の文字が出るので、それまでひたすら連打しましょう。
